ML-REPAIR APP is the first application that allows fishing vessels engaged in Fishing For Litter to have a simple and fast device for entering data on marine litter collected. These data can be very useful to the scientific community for knowing the state of our seabed, understanding what the quantities of marine litter present may be and knowing the areas of greatest accumulation.

The APP allows the fisherman to enter, at the end or during the fishing day, the type (plastic, glass, rubber, etc. ...), the weight and a photograph of the marine litter caught.

By taking the photo or sending the report, the APP is also able to save the GPS point of your tablet or smartphone. This allowing, if the sending of the report or the photo is made at sea, to have an idea of where the marine litter in question was collected.

All data collected by the Application will be analyzed and managed by M.A.R.E. Soc. Coop. a r.l., the data will eventually available to those who request it.
